Neil Mercer

Neil Mercer in 2017 Neil Mercer is Emeritus Professor of Education at the University of Cambridge.

Mercer grew up in Cockermouth in Cumbria, where he went to Cockermouth Grammar School before studying psychology at the University of Manchester. He has a PhD in psycholinguistics from the University of Leicester. His research explores the role of dialogue in education and the development of children's reasoning. Provided by Wikipedia
