A practical analytical digest of the Code of procedure of the state of New-York : embracing, entire, every section of the code, in an alphabetical arrangement of its contents, as applicable to actual practice. With suggestions and remarks, and an appendix, containing the act supplementary to the code ; the order of the governor, appointing general and special terms of the Supreme court, Circuit courts, and Courts of oyer and terminer ; the recent act in relations to funds and securities in the charge of the clerk of the Court of appeals ; a review of the rules of the Supreme court, both in equity and law, in their application to the system of the code ; and a succinct collation of the Judiciary acts of the twelfth of May and fourteenth of December, 1847, and of the code, with each other. Together with a collection of practical forms, adapted to the new practice. /
