Special report of the Committee on court rules of the Association of the bar of the city of New York with respect to the extension of the rule-making power : consisting of: Report; Appendix A, containing a proposed bill enacting a civil practice law and promulgating practice rules which may be amended by the rule-making body; Appendix B, containing notes explaining the proposed disposition of the various sections of the present civil practice act; and Appendix C, containing tables showing the distribution of the sections of the present civil practice act, the distribution of the present rules of civil practice and the location of certain new sections and rules, in the proposed civil practice law and proposed practice rules.
