Allegheny County Sanitary Authority

ALCOSAN plant, on the [[Ohio River Allegheny County Sanitary Authority (also known as ALCOSAN) is a municipal authority in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania that provides wastewater treatment services to 83 communities, including the city of Pittsburgh.
